Bureau of International Trade Relations (BITR)
The BITR engages and represents the country in bilateral and multilateral trade and investment negotiations such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), International Coffee Organization (ICO), and Japan-Philippines Economic Partnership Agreement (JPEPA).
