National Economic Research and Business Assistance Center (NERBAC)
To address the government's anti-red tape program, the NERBAC-Bicol was formally launched on 25 June 2008.
NERBAC is a project that provides a single entry point for investors on comprehensive and highly integrated business support by pooling government resources in One-Stop Express Business Center in reducing red tape and improving effectiveness and efficiency in government services.
It will also serve as a single window, which will facilitate the processing and documentation of all paper requirements necessary for the establishment of a business enterprise, including credit services.
