The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), through its Bureau of Trade Regulation and Consumer Protection (BTRCP), drafted a Department Administrative Order (DAO) entitled: “CLASSIFYING ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES UNDER CONSUMER ACT (R.A. 7394) AND THE LAW ON STANDARDS (R.A. 4109), AND RATIONALIZING THE FINES CORRESPONDING THERETO.”
In this regard, we are inviting you or your representative(s) to a public hearing/consultation on the afore-mentioned draft DAO on 10 February 2012, 2:00 P.M., Friday, at the Audio Visual Room, G/F DTI International Building, 375 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. A copy of the draft can be downloaded below.
