JOB DESCRIPTION:

That the JO/COS Worker shall perform the following functions under the Foreign Trade Service Coordinating Office (FTSCCO):

 

A.  Act as supporting regional coordinator for FTSC Posts (Philippine Trade and Investment Centers) tasked to primarily undertake the following:

    • Coordinate and monitor Posts’ calendar of activities and other mandatory reportorial requirements;
    • Assist in inbound and outbound trade and investment missions, foreign company due diligence visits, incoming and outgoing high-level visits;
    • Provide substantive and technical support to Posts such as preparation of briefing papers, talk points, and presentations; drafting of letters and memoranda; data collection; and research;
  • Coordinate between the FTSC Coordinating Office and Posts with other DTI agencies and offices, especially those involved in promoting trade and investments.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and seminars on behalf of Posts, when necessary and as appropriate, and share report on highlights of meetings/events;
  • B. Support staff to assist in the participation and current task of the FTSCCO in the consolidation of the investment leads generated from the Presidential Visits of the current administration assigned to the Operations unit;.

  • C. Support staff for the implementation of the Stakeholder Outreach Project of the FTSCCO currently being developed by the Operations unit;
  •  
  • D. Submit relevant reports to the FTSC Coordinating Officer; and
  •  
  • E. Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time.
