The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF)-COVID-19 is transitioning towards the Rapid Pass—an app-based system developed by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) that utilizes secure QR code technology for a facilitated application process (on-line) and physical pass-through at checkpoints.

Meanwhile, for persons authorized to move during the Enhanced Community Quarantine Period, IATF IDs are being honored at Checkpoints—though basic company IDs are enough (except for Media personalities as IATF ID issued by PCOO is a must).

DTI will no longer accept new applications starting April 7. However, we will still process and issue qualified ID applications submitted as of end April 6.

Rest assured that basic Company IDs will continue to be honored at checkpoints. For any issue encountered by authorized personnel of qualified establishments at Checkpoints, please immediately report at 09266126728 (COVID Rapid Response Team or 09560916570 (DTI Command Center).♦
