We are pleased to invite you to the 2021 National Export Congress (NEC) on 7 December 2021 from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM (PH Time) via Zoom.
The NEC is the highlight of the 25th National Exporters’ Week (NEW) with the theme, “A.R.I.S.E. Exports: Accelerate Rebuilding, Innovation, Support, and Empowerment of Philippine Exports”. The theme aims to emphasize the:
- Need to fast-track the recovery of the export industry and the role of exports as a driving force to steer and accelerate economic rebuilding;
- Importance of innovation, digital transformation, new technologies, and technology- based business solutions in ensuring the long-term competitiveness of Philippine exports; and
- Need to support and empower exporters to become more resilient and thrive despite global challenges.
The NEW and the NEC are being organized by the DTI-Export Marketing Bureau (DTI-EMB), the Export Development Council (EDC), and the Philippine Exporters Confederation, Inc. (PHILEXPORT).
About 1,000 participants consisting of exporters including MSMEs, policymakers, trade support institutions, academe, and international organizations are expected to participate in this virtual event.
