The following are DTI services suspended pursuant to the proclamation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine over the entire Luzon:

  • PS/ICC Application
  • Product Testing
  • Application for Sales Promotion
  • Accreditation for:
  • Freight forwarders
  • Service and Repair Shops (SRS)
  • Certification/Certificate of Authority to Import
  • Mediation and Adjudication Appointments
  • Public Hearing on Consumer Policy/ies
  • Diskwento Caravans, Consumer Education Seminars, and all other advocacy projects
  • PETC Accreditation
  • Issuance of Waiver
  • Registration of Bulk Sales
  • Registration of Merchandise and Ship Broker
  • Accreditation of Truck Rebuilding Centers
  • Execution of Writs

Frontline services will continue from Monday to Friday through online receiving and processing of applications.

The Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau (FTEB) and the Bureau of Philippine Standards (BPS) shall notify you of the date of payment and release of permits/licenses/certificates.
