CANDELARIA, QUEZON — On January 28, 2023, at Waltermart Candelaria, the Candelaria Quezon Peoples Council launched the first Local Traders Week to coincide with the celebration of the Candle Festival. The activity was attended by Mayor George D. Suayan, Mr. Froilan Remo, the chairman of the CQPC, Jerwin A. Samson, DTI NC Senior Business Counselor, and Mr. Reymart Banaag, the administrator of Waltermart.

The purpose of the event is to help and support the local MSMEs in promoting their products in order to expand their market and feel proud of the products manufactured in Candelaria.

Various MSMEs from the municipality of Candelaria take part in the Local Traders Week, which runs from January 28–February 11, 2023. ♦
