Fifty-two (52) accredited establishments nationwide garnered the highest recognition in this year’s Bagwis Awards, where 45 out of the 52 are various Robinson’s Supermarkets and Easymarts combined.
The supermarket chain also snagged back-to-back awards as three of their supermarkets garnered the gold last 2020.
“The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Bagwis recognition makes us proud here at Robinsons and is a testament of our commitment to serve only the best to our customers, and continue to deliver high level of service, and always put consumers’ welfare first,” says Managing Director for Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. Before the presentation of the awards, Co was joined by the Director for Digital Commerce Association of the Philippines, Mark Joseph Panganiban, where they delivered keynote messages on managing business and customer satisfaction as well as digital transformation of businesses in the new normal. Both answered queries from the audience during the open forum.
