Following Proclamation No. 1143, placing the Philippines in a State of Calamity due to the African Swine Fever (ASF) outbreak, prices of basic necessities are automatically frozen at their prevailing prices for 60 days beginning 10 May 2021, or until sooner lifted by the President. ♦
