In support to the MSMEs in Quezon, the DTI-Quezon Provincial Office, headed by CESO V Provincial Director Julieta L. Tadiosa, and thru the Negosyo Center-Calauag, made a courtesy call last 16-18 July 2021 in the Office of the Honorable Municipal Mayors of District IV of the Local Government Units (LGUs) of Calauag, Tagkawayan, and Guinayangan, Quezon Province. This is for an exit meeting and endorsement of the newly assigned Negosyo Center Business Counselor (NCBC).

The former NCBC for Calauag Ma. Edel L. Villadiego bade farewell to her constituents of more than three (3) years where she served the municipalities of Calauag, Tagkawayan, and Guinayangan. DTI-Quezon endorsed Ma. Isabel C. Hirang as the newly-assigned NCBC to ensure the DTI-Quezon Provincial Office’s commitment and continued support in intensifying the promotion of entrepreneurship and empowering the MSMEs. Last 6-8 July, Hirang paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the Caluag Municipal Mayor Rosalina O. Visorde; Office of the Tagkawayan Municipal Mayor Luis Oscar T. Eleazar; and in the Office of the Guinayangan Municipal Mayor Cesar J. Isaac III before she officially takes charge of the said municipalities as the new NCBC.

During the visit, DTI-Quezon and the LGUs, assured their active support in all the future economic endeavors particularly in catalyzing MSMEs’ potential to grow, compete and excel. DTI-Quezon and the LGUs assured their continued support in helping boost businesses of new entrepreneurs and improving the existing ones. ♦
