Enhanced Business Learning Sessions (EBLS) is a three-month modularized business learning session that covers topics on areas of entrepreneurship such as product development, business operation, marketing, financing, human resource, and basic taxation, among others.

The business course is offered for free to entrepreneurs with existing business in Cagayan de Oro City or Misamis Oriental and who have attended the Entrepreneurship Seminar of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) provincial office.

The program is one of the provincial initiatives to enable businesses by capacitating budding local entrepreneurs with proper skills to run a business.
