In a groundbreaking initiative, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) R2 Isabela Provincial Office actively participated in the recent Serbisyo Caravan held on April 11-12, 2024, in the coastal towns of Palanan, Maconacon, and Divilacan in Isabela. This transformative event demonstrated a much-needed commitment to these communities, ushering in a new era of opportunity and development.

At the heart of the Serbisyo Caravan was the proclamation of Palanan, Maconacon, and Divilacan as insurgency-free zones by the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC). In conjunction with this historic announcement, the Serbisyo Caravan Fair served as a crucial platform for delivering comprehensive social services directly to the residents. Domingo, during the Serbisyo Caravan was the facilitation of business name registrations and the distribution of Certificate Vouchers for livelihood kits. Through these initiatives, 150 eligible beneficiaries across the municipalities were equipped with essential resources, including Sari-sari Store and Bigasan packages, laying the groundwork for sustainable livelihoods and economic stability.

Furthermore, the Serbisyo Caravan Fair exemplified the spirit of collaboration, with various government agencies and organizations pooling their resources to address a myriad of needs.
