The municipality of Dingalan showcased its hospitality and readiness to enhance its businesses as the fourth Negosyo Center to be opened in the province of Aurora and the eleventh to be opened in Central Luzon for 2017. The launching of the Dingalan Negosyo Center was held on June 16, 2017 at the Municipal Hall of Dingalan.

Leading the launching ceremony for the newest Negosyo Center in the region are Governor Jerry Noveras, Congresswoman Bellaflor Angara Castillo, National Youth Commission Chair Cariza “Aiza” Seguerra, Mayor Sherwin Taay, DTI Provincial Directors Edna Dizon, Brigida T. Pili and Agnes B. Ramirez.

The DTI-3 offices in partnership with local government units and private institutions have so far established a total of 40 Negosyo Centers in the region since 2015. The establishment of the centers is provided for and funded through Republic Act No. 10644, a law authored by Senator Bam Aquino to provide an integrated set of business advisory services and support to the micro small and medium enterprises to help them scale up and contribute more significantly to the economy.

The centers are manned by trained business counselors who assist MSME clients through business consultancy services, business information, training, market linkage support, financial linkage, product development and other support services. The centers are managed with the support of the local MSME Development Council and local government units.
