The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Quezon Shared Service Facilities (SSF) Program successfully accomplished its 2021 1st Quarter Meeting via Zoom on 15 February 2021. This was participated by 21 SSF Cooperators with Operational, Partially Operational, and Non-Operational SSF Projects under the different Industry Clusters in Quezon Province.
Provincial Director Julieta L. Tadiosa welcomed all the SSF Cooperators and DTI-Quezon staff. She informed everyone of the upcoming SSF donations that will take place this year for the SSF cooperators and encouraged them to fast-track the necessary documentary requirements to fully own the granted machines and equipment.
Afterward, Senior Trade-Industry Specialist/SSF Provincial Coordinator Ma. Graciela C. Ledesma shared the agenda of the meeting and an overview of what was going to happen for the next three hours.
Together with SSF Support Staff Dara Jannes C. Obmerga, SSF Provincial Coordinator Ledesma facilitated the agenda such as the presentation of the SSF Quezon status report, calendar of activities for 2021, submission of reports, upcoming donations, transfers, and condemnation of machines, and targeting of sales, MSMEs assisted and jobs generated as bottom-line targets.
Business Development Division Chief Anna Marie V. Quincina shared her closing remarks and complimented the plans that SSF Provincial Coordinator Ledesma and SSF Support Staff Obmerga presented. She stated that the end result would really be the positive impact of the project on the SSF cooperators.
She also challenged the cooperators to make their targets for this year as an inspiration and motivation to do better not only for the business but also for their employees and families that will be greatly benefited from this undertaking.♦
