GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON — The 3PK-BIDA Youth Project (Pangkabuhayan sa Kabataan – Business Improvement and Development Assessment) is a program that aims to provide start-up capital in the form of a financial grant to a total of 12 youth organizations that will build their own proposed business enterprises. The program is led by the Office of Congressman Atty. Mike Tan in collaboration with the Department of Trade and Industry Quezon through its Negosyo Center Guinayangan and the Local Government Unit of Guinayangan.

The program will assist youth beneficiaries by providing business development services through coaching and mentoring by business owners and practitioners on various functional areas of entrepreneurship, product development, and market linkage assistance, which will be divided into 12 modules. This will be available to all interested youth with unique business ideas that have the potential to be profitable. The goals of this initiative are to offer them access to finance so that they can start viable businesses and to provide business development services to help them grow as entrepreneurs.

On May 22, 2023, the implementation guidelines were presented in the New Conference Hall, Municipal Annex Building, Brgy. Poblacion, Guinayangan, Quezon, along with the Congressman’s Office, LGU Guinayangan, and DTI – Quezon. ♦
