BAY, LAGUNA — Aiming to continue its programs and services amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the Negosyo Center Bay of the Department of Trade and Industry – Laguna Provincial Office conducted a webinar on basic computer skills via an online platform held last October 15, 2020.
A total of 39 existing and potential micro, small, and medium enterprises attended the said webinar. The activity also aimed to educate the people on different business practices that they could rely in times of pandemic especially those entrepreneurs doing online business/marketing.
Mr. Joel Galit of EasyBiz IT Consulting Services, a mentee-turned mentor, served as the Resource Person for the event. During the seminar, Galit discussed the functions and significance of a computer, basic computer terms, how does a computer operate, and how it could effectively help an entrepreneur in his daily operations.
Galit ended his presentation by discussing tips on buying a computer and maintaining its perfect condition. More so, he invited everyone to participate in the question and answer portion then he shared his contact information for the participants regarding the services and consultancies he can provide for them.♦
