The Business Counselor of Negosyo Center Guinayangan Nicole T. Chito coordinated with Barangay Captain Noel P. Santos of Barangay Manlayo, Guinayangan last March 9, 2022 regarding the Livelihood Seeding Program-Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (LSP-NSB).

The LSP-NSB expands the reach of business development assistance through a partnership between Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and local government units (LGUs) to bring government services closer to the people. The DTI would assist barangay staff in providing basic business counseling or information dissemination services to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the area through Barangay Development Councils (BDCs). Three (3) beneficiaries will be identified in the barangay and will receive business kits containing commodities and items that can help them restore and improve their business.

The program is set to be launched after the said coordination. Business Counselor (BC) Chito also visited business establishments in the said area to conduct business. ♦
