DTI-Laguna proposed to create and implement #BITS (Boosting Innovation and Technology Start-up: A Project on MSME Digitalization) to support the uprising creative industry. Through collaborative discussions with StartUp Village (SUV), an incubator/accelerator that enables start-ups to bring their unique ideas and business concepts to reality, DTI-Laguna identified possible training modules to be included in the #BITS implementation. #BITS is a 7- module series that will run ideally for 1 month to assist potential, new, and existing MSMEs in exploring business opportunities and scaling up and sustaining their businesses. DTI-Laguna conducted its 6th module which was divided into two sets of discussions, #BITS module 6A – Managing Innovation and #BITS module 6B – Trends in Digital Transformation/Different Tools You Can Use Today last October 27, 2021 via Zoom.

The webinar received a cheerful and positive feedback from the mentees at the different municipalities in Laguna and they expressed their satisfaction with the learning activity. They are also looking forward for the continued support of DTI Laguna after they finished the BITS program. ♦
