CALAMBA CITY — On February 8, 2023, DTI Quezon attended the 2023 Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Program (CFIDP) Project Coordinators’ Meeting at the DTI 4A conference room in Calamba City to discuss important matters regarding the implementation of the CFIDP program. Provincial Director Julieta L. Tadiosa, CTIDS Anna Marie V. Quincina, STIDS Ma. Graciela C. Ledesma, TIDS Honeylee O. Eclavea, CFIDP Coordinators Lawrence Joseph L. Velasco and Dara Jannes C. Obmerga attended the said meeting.
TIDS Nicola Teresa Salgado of DTI Region 4A acknowledged each DTI Provincial office, namely DTI Cavite, DTI Laguna, DTI Batangas, DTI Rizal, and DTI Quezon. Assistant Regional Director Revelyn A. Cortez welcomed everyone who attended the meeting.
Afterward, TIDS Salgado and CTIDS-IDD Priscila P. Flores proceeded with the presentation of the outputs of the 2022 DTI CFIDP Strategic Planning workshop. Then CFIDP coordinators from each province presented the 2022 Accomplishments and discussed issues and concerns in the first year of implementation of the project. CFIDP Coordinator Velasco represented DTI Quezon in the discussion of the presentation.
Also, the CFIDP Coordinators discussed each province’s 2023 CFIDP detailed work and financial plan together with the lined-up activities for this year, and CFIDP Coordinator Obmerga represented DTI Quezon in the discussion.
CTIDS-IDD Flores showed and talked about the content, template, and submission of all the CFIDP project reports. She asked for the input of each province. PD Tadiosa, CTIDS Quincina, STIDS Ledesma, and TIDS Eclavea also gave input in the discussion of the CFIDP project reports.
DTI Region 4A will be announcing the schedule of the next meeting. ♦
