DTI Negosyo Center Mulanay with the Business Permit Licensing Office facilitate monitoring on the facility of LBC – Mulanay as part of their application for Safety Seal on 13 August 2021, Municipality of Mulanay, Quezon.

The activity refers to the compliance of the requesting business establishments with the following:

• Minimum public health standards

• Use of StaySafe.ph or a digital contact tracing application

Business Counselor (BC) John Francis Sta. Rita with Licensing Officer II Joseph De Imus Mendoza checked the LBC premises and coordinated with establishment manager Jamaica C. Arenal for corrective actions to be taken.

As agreed, the establishment was visited again after 3 days to check if the corrective actions were implemented. After checking the premises, BC John Francis Sta. Rita with Licensing Officer II Joseph De Imus Mendoza came up with a positive result and the establishment is now subject for issuance of Safety Seal.
