DTI-Quezon’s Shared Service Facility (SSF) Program successfully accomplished its 2023 1st Quarterly Meeting via Zoom on March 13, 2023. This was participated by 21 SSF Cooperators with SSF Projects under the different Industry Clusters in Quezon Province.

The meeting was led by Senior Trade-Industry Development Specialist and SSF Provincial Coordinator Ma. Graciela C. Ledesma together with Business Development Division Chief Anna Marie V. Quincina and SSF Support Staff Dendro M. Pereda. SSF Support Staff Pereda acknowledged the participants of the meeting followed by SSF Provincial Coordinator Ledesma presenting the 1st quarter accomplishments of the SSF Program as well as the Calendar of Activities for the year 2023. SSF Provincial Coordinator Ledesma also discussed the SSF Guidelines for Transfer of SSF ownership to Cooperators, transfer of the management of SSF to another eligible cooperator and extension of Usufruct to the participants to remind them of the necessary documents required from the Cooperators. The Cooperators also had a chance to share their thoughts and ask for assistance in processing their documentary requirements during the meeting.

Business Development Division Chief Quincina shared her closing remarks and acknowledged the combined efforts of the DTI as well as the SSF Cooperators in maintaining the machines and equipment that they received from the SSF Program. She also encouraged the Cooperators to continue the consistent cooperation with the DTI to process their documentary requirements for the Transfer of the Ownership of the machines; which is also for the benefit of their own respective organizations.

The meeting ended with an agreement of the deadline for the submission of the documentary requirements on March 22, 2023. ♦
