The historic meeting hopes to serve as an active and effective vehicle to work out an agenda that will ensure the provision of vital social services for our people.

Ugnayan is designed as a synergistic mechanism for cooperation, collaboration, and coordination in order to foster a more proactive and timely response in addressing the urgent social needs of various sectors in the 4th District of Quezon. It is similar to “TULAY sa Progreso: Bridging NG-LGU Partnership Towards a Progressive Quezon 4th District” during the term of his predecessor (Rep. Angelina “Helen” D.L.
