The Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (NSB) under the Livelihood Seeding Program (LSP) of DTI aims to help the micro, small, and medium entrepreneurs (MSMEs) affected by insurgencies and natural or man-made calamities, especially those from barangays covered by the government’s End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC) program and those severely affected by the pandemic. It is a program that puts focus on boosting the livelihood and business environment in the far-flung barangays of the region.

Each beneficiary was chosen by NC Sampaloc Business Counselor Aryan F. Llamasares who also conducted a series of cliniquing activities to screen who succeeds the stringent qualification.
