The Department of Trade and Industry – Rizal in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology – Rizal conducted the third session of the Digital Tuesdays Webinar Series with the topic: “Here at SMM, You’ve Got It All!” through Zoom application and Facebook Live. The webinar session was attended by 166 participants across both platforms.

The webinar was hosted by Negosyo Center Morong Business Counselor Leah Mae L. Clemente. DTI Rizal OIC Provincial Director Cleotilde M. Duran gave her welcoming remarks. OIC-PD Duran warmly received the participants and guests in attendance. She cited the significance of utilizing e-commerce and social media as marketing tools for MSMEs and further partnership with DICT-Rizal in the development of digitalization.

Ms. Maria Jamaica C. Soriano, Proprietor of MJL Online Services and co-founder of MVJ Training Consultancy Services, discussed the topic on “Here at SMM, You’ve Got It All!”. Her presentation focused on e-commerce and the utilization of social media as marketing means for MSMEs. She also shared essential social media e-commerce strategies to help build brand identity and generate more sales.

DTI-Rizal Chief Trade and Industry Development Specialist Sharon F. Dioco concluded the webinar and presented the virtual certificate of appreciation to the resource speaker.

The webinar was well received by participants wanting to learn more about e-commerce and digitalization. ♦
