The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)-Rizal, through Negosyo Center Angono and in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology-Rizal, conducted the 7th leg of the Digital Tuesdays webinar series with the topic “Tech Business Hacks” last 27 September 2022, via Zoom Application and Facebook Live.
The invited resource speaker was Ms. Maria Jamaica Soriano, a scholar of DICT and a social media specialist. Ms. Soriano discussed various business hacks such as the use of e-commerce platforms, artificial intelligence (AI) or chatbots for streamlining customer service, shipping service integrations, and other technology-related tools. She also imparted different growth hacks, which she described as the most effective ways to grow a business, and they are a quick, cost-effective, and creative method to facilitate growth.
Aside from this, different digital communications strategies, tools, and ideas were discussed. To end, she encouraged MSMEs to apply the best hacks, which are in line with the program’s objective, which is to engage the MSMEs to benefit from the utilization and promotion of digitalization in their business and products.
The said webinar was graced by DTI Rizal OIC Provincial Director Cleotilde Marco-Duran and Business Development Chief Trade-Industry Specialist Sharon F. Dioco, emphasizing the significance of adapting to the digital age.♦
