RIZAL PROVINCE — A total of 31 zoom participants from different municipalities in Rizal, attended the 9th module of Collaborative Harnessing Assistance for Mentoring Program for SMEs (CHAMPS) Season 4 titled “Driving Up your Customer Satisfaction”, via Zoom on September 20, 2023
The training was conducted by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Rizal Provincial Office through Negosyo Center Jalajala Business Counselor Elaine Suazo, who hosted the program. Gracing the activity was the DTI-Rizal Senior Trade and Industry Development Specialist, Ms. Marlene De Luna together with her was the webinar’s resource speaker, Ms. Chiqui Escareal-Go.
Escareal-Go was the President and CEO of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc., as well as the vice-chair of Waters Philippines. She provided three agendas for discussion, which include knowing how to develop a mindset of excellent service by being customer-centric and knowing your brand promises, the importance of having the right people and the right processes and handling different kinds of customers and complaints.
CHAMPS is a localized remote mentoring project for micro entrepreneurs in the Province of Rizal which main objectives is to help entrepreneurs in preparing to a more extensive DTI Programs like KMME and OTOP NG. ♦
