CAINTA, RIZAL — DTI Rizal thru Negosyo Center Cainta headed the discussion of the Simple Business Plan Workshop of Cainta PWD, held at Barangay San Juan Emergency and Disaster Response Center, Cainta, Rizal.
This workshop was their second session of Entrepreneurship seminar under the Thrive Together: Empowering Youth with Disabilities under Self-employment Training of Cainta PWD Office. This program was initiated by the NGO Humanity and Inclusion in partnership with FWD Insurance and Leonard Cheshire Disability-Philippines Foundation Inc.
Negosyo Center Business Counselor – Cainta Jaymie Benito was one of the representatives of DTI Rizal who tackled the Simple Business Plan, she presented the first part of the business plan which is the Marketing aspect. Ms. Benito explained each part of the Marketing aspect carefully and understandably. After the discussion, participants were given the time to answer their business plan on marketing part.
Another speaker was Ms. Marlene De Luna, Senior Trade and Industry Specialist, she discussed and explained thoroughly the Technical and Organizational Aspect. After her presentation, participants were given another time to fill-up their business plan on technical and organizational part.
After answering their business plan, two representatives were given the opportunity to share their output. Then, next session of the workshop on Financial Aspect was discussed by CFIDP Account Officer Jerome Montealegre and Business Counselor Raymond Melendres. They assisted participants in preparing projected financial statements for proposed businesses. Likewise, Technical Officers and Specialist from partner NGOs also assisted the participants. ♦
