Department of Trade and Industry-Rizal Provincial Office through Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) Office together with Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) and Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC) spur the profiling of coconut farmers at Pililla, Rizal.

Division Chief, Ms. Sharon F. Dioco, Trade and Industry Specialist Noralyn SJ. Halimao, CFIDP Project Coordinator Jerome M. Montealegre, and Business Counselor, Mr. Bernardo Maroto Jr. teamed-up with Mr. Allan George Gutierrez, Agriculturist from PCA and Ms. Jenna De Guzman from PCIC and profiled a total of 65 coconut farmers. These farmers came from two areas in the Municipality of Pililla—11 from Sitio Buragin in Barangay Halayhayin and 45 from Barangay Niogan for their registration at National Coconut Farmers Registry System. Such registration is necessary for different assistance they may avail through the implementation of Coconut Farmers Industry Development Plan.♦
