GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON — The beneficiaries of the Pangkabuhayan Para sa Kabataan–Business Improvement and Development Assessment (3PK-BIDA) Youth Project finished their Module 4: Production and Operations Management and Module 5: Human Resource and Organization Management in New Conference Hall, Municipal Annex Building, Brgy. Poblacion, Guinayangan, Quezon on June 2, 2023.

Mr. Kein Harvey P. Chito, General Manager of BALGCO Transport, Inc. and book author, delivered his presentation. He focused on production and operations management, which is the application of business organization and management concepts to the production of goods and services. He also talked about human resource management, which is the process of hiring people, training them, rewarding them, setting policies for them, and devising retention tactics. He also provided insights based on his personal experience managing their family firm. ♦
