GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON — The beneficiaries of the Pangkabuhayan Para sa Kabataan–Business Improvement and Development Assessment (3PK-BIDA) Youth Project finished their Module 6: Engaging Customer Through social media in New Conference Hall, Municipal Annex Building, Brgy. Poblacion, Guinayangan, Quezon on June 3, 2023.

Mr. Mark Joseph Panganiban, one of the industry’s thought leaders in the field of e-commerce and digital payments with a special interest in micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSMEs) development, delivered the lecture. Mr. Panganiban is also the Chairman of the Fintech Philippines Association’s E-Commerce and MSME Committees, an inclusive financial trade association in the Philippines.

In today’s generation, Mr. Panganiban addressed the benefits of having a social media platform for advertising and marketing one’s products. Engaging the audience on social media promotes brand awareness, loyalty, and word-of-mouth marketing. It was another interactive session for the beneficiaries.
