On 26 November 2021, at the Municipal Covered Court of Lopez, Quezon, Negosyo Center Lopez, in collaboration with the Lopez Local Government Unit, held a seminar on Bayanihan CARES 2 Online Application Seminar.

Present during the seminar were the following: LEIPO Charmaine O. Pasion as representative of Mayor Rachel A. Ubana, PRIU, BPLO, and other stakeholders with 42 MSMEs, mostly from the public market association.

The support of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Quezon, Small Business Corp. (SBCorp), and the local government unit (LGU) Lopez served as a vital part in the success of the seminar that initially aimed to deter microentrepreneurs and small business owners from resorting to 5’6 lenders and other forms of loan sharks. This program has been assisting businesses that suffered in the months-long community quarantine brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Lopez, Quezon were likewise affected. ♦
