The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Quezon, through the Negosyo Center Lucena City, launched the 2022 Livelihood Seeding Program-Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (LSP-NSB) and information dissemination campaign in Brgy. Ilayang Dupay, Lucena City, on 28 April and 2 May 2022.

Through close coordination with the Sagguniang Barangay of Ilayang Dupay, headed by Hon. Alex Abadilla, the program was successfully launched and it was attended by 70 participants, including barangay officials and existing and potential entrepreneurs of the said barangay. Each participant received information materials about the program and a hygiene kit composed of facemasks and alcohol.

Moreover, Negosyo Center (NC) Lucena City Business Counselor (BC) Rolynda N. Quimora walked through the different programs and services offered by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to increase the awareness of the community as well as to assist micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to grow their businesses through entrepreneurship training. In addition, NC BC Quimora and LSP-NSB Support Staff Carl Kenneth Balauag conducted an information dissemination campaign last 2 May 2022, to bring business development assistance even closer to the community. A total of 110 existing and potential MSMEs were given information materials and hygiene kits.♦
