The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Quezon, through Negosyo Center (NC) Padre Burgos Business Counselor Meranel Ann T. Rustia, was invited to attend the session of the Barangay Officials of Rizal to formally discuss the upcoming Livelihood Seeding Program-Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (LSP-NSB) to be launched in the said barangay. The session started with a prayer, followed by the Philippine National Anthem. Barangay Chairwoman Eleanor De Luna, together with the barangay officials, discussed their agenda for the meeting. Afterward, Barangay Councilor Darwin De Leon raised his hand to propose the agenda to give way to the NC Padre Burgos, and it was secondly agreed upon by Mr. Felix Buenafe, Barangay Councilor. Negosyo Center Padre Burgos Business Counselor Rustia discussed the overview of the program and then asked about the availability of the barangay for the schedule of its launch. She also asked for their assistance and support.

There were three beneficiaries from the said barangay, and they received negosyo kits. All of the participants received alcohol and a facemask together with information materials. The Sangguniang Barangay of Rizal, Padre Burgos, was grateful and promised to extend their support to the program.♦
