The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Quezon, through Negosyo Center Sampaloc (NC), in good coordination with the Local Government of Sampaloc Quezon and in coordination with Sangguniang Barangay San Buneo, conducted the Livelihood Seeding Program-Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (LSP-NSB). It was held on to 11 May 2022, in Barangay San Bueno, Sampaloc, Quezon. The program aims to provide widespread business development assistance by bringing government services closer to the people through partnerships between relevant local government units and DTI officials.

DTI and the Sangguniang Barangay work hand in hand to deliver the services. Through this initiative, the important DTI services will be able to reach the community and raise business awareness.

The event was attended by 110 residents of the barangay, including barangay officials and other staff, and included information dissemination from house to house. It was a successful face-to-face and information dissemination event with health protocol observation. The topics covered in the dissemination campaign were DTI and Negosyo Center programs and services, consumers’ rights and responsibilities, and how to start a business. ♦
