The Local Government of Cainta invited the Department of Trade and Industry-Rizal to conduct a talk on starting-up a business on their Livelihood Program Seminar which was attended by Cainta Senior Citizens at Social Hall, Brookside Hills Subdivision, Cainta, Rizal.

Cainta Negosyo Center Business Counselor, Ms. Jaymie Benito led the discussion. She explained the basic tips on how to put up a business like the proper location, the target market, the right product, the capital, and the documents needed. Ms. Benito also cited the pros and cons on building-up a business. During the discussion, she also reiterated the importance of having a business plan. She guided the participating senior citizens on the step-by-step template of Business Plan.

This initiative of the Local Government of Cainta is an example of being innovative, amidst of the situation of the society right now, this program aims to uplift and help the residents of Cainta to start again and create their own livelihood for the betterment of their lives and families. ♦
