CALAUAG, QUEZON — The Philippine Army’s 22nd Cavalry (Valiant) Company, 2nd Cavalry Battalion, Armor Division, at Camp General Alfredo M. Santos, Brgy. Rizal Ilaya, Calauag, Quezon, held a Small-Scale Livelihood Training on May 19, 2023.

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), through Negosyo Center Guinayangan, represented by Business Counselor Nicole Chito, discussed “How to Start a Business” as well as the programs and services. The activity was part of Small-Scale Livelihood Training, which attempts to educate the army about the many livelihoods available to them following their service.

The training was attended by 18 potential MSMEs (males), led by Cpt. Ronilo M. Vender. They also acquired brochures with information about the NC. Cpt. Vender indicated an interest in collaborating on the battalion’s future actions.
