The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Quezon, together with the Design Center of the Philippines (DCP) and the local government unit of Dolores, conducted an ocular inspection of the proposed location for the establishment of OTOP Hub Dolores. The inspection was led by DTI Quezon’s Business Development Division Chief Anna Marie V. Quincina, with Ms. Ethel Cerdan and Ms. Fe Ogato from DCP and Sir Raymond Seriban from the Municipal Planning and Development Office (LGU-MPDO).
The team also paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Orlan A. Calayag before heading on the inspection. They discuss future programs to be implemented under the Adopt-A-Municipality project for the purpose of helping the MSMEs in the municipality and in order to boost the local economy of the town.
Also present during the ocular visit were DTI staff Ma. Graciela C. Ledesma, Honey O. Eclavea, One Town, One Product (OTOP) NextGen Support Staff Regine L. Avellano, and Negosyo Center Business Counselor (NCBC) Aicel Dongon.
The OTOP Dolores hub will be located at the Tourism Building in Barangay Silanganan, Dolores, Quezon. It is targeted to be launched in the 4th quarter of 2022. ♦
