The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Quezon Provincial Office conducted the first One Town One Product (OTOP) Assembly on 14 January 2022, via Zoom.
The activity was officially started by opening remarks given by Provincial Director Julieta L. Tadiosa and was followed by an overview of the OTOP Program for the last five years given by Business Development Division (BDD) Chief, Anna Marie V. Quincina.
An Accomplishment Report for the year 2021 was presented via audio-visual presentation (AVP) and was followed by OTOPreneurs’ testimonies on how the program helped their respective products and the company as a whole. The testimonies were given by Ms. Cristina Generoso of Pinagdanlayan RIC MPC and Ms. Lourdes Macalintal of Pinagdanlayan MPC.
An OTOP Assessment and Open Forum was also conducted to know the current situation of the OTOPreneurs, what their needs are in terms of training and assistance, and lastly, to hear out the suggestions regarding the program. The assessment was conducted online and a Google form was provided for MSMEs to answer questions about the program. The information collected will all be used to formulate OTOP programs and assistance for the year 2022.
Also, seven MSMEs were awarded as top-performing OTOPreneurs for the year 2021. They were selected for their compliance with the submission of reports, trade fair and webinar participation, compliance with different certifications, and most importantly, those who used the label design provided under the program.

3. KXC Enterprises
4. Pasciolco Agri Ventures
5. Pinagdanlayan MPC
6. Pinagdanlayan RIC MPC
7. TNP Food and Beverages
The assembly was attended by forty-one (41) active OTOP MSMEs assisted from 2017 to 2021. ♦
