LAGUNA – Relative to the Proclamation No. 1143 declaring the entire country under the ‘State of Calamity’ due to African Swine Flu (ASF), prices of all basic necessities are automatically frozen at their prevailing prices for a period of sixty (60) days beginning 10 May 2021, unless earlier lifted or extended as circumstances may warrant.
