The Municipal Youth Development Office and Municipal Youth Development Council invited Negosyo Center Business Counsellor (BC) Shayne B. Nocus for an interview at a local radio station in Sariaya in connection with the “Linggo ng Kabataan” celebration entitled “Youth Consultaion and Dialogue in Transforming Food Systems” and “Youth Innovation for Human and Planetary Health”. BC Nocus discussed the different services of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) primarily for the youth sector.

During the consultation and dialogue with Radyo Kaisahan Sariaya 107.7 FM, Negosyo Center BC Shayne B. Nocus specified the statistics on the total number of business owned by the youth in the municipality of Sariaya. She discussed the Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP!) of DTI which helps the youth to develop their entrepreneurial skills. She also promoted the program and encouraged the youth to take advantage of the current situation to participate in webinars that will provide them with relevant and timely information. ♦
