SARIAYA, QUEZON — To address the concerns raised by local MSMEs about their business issues during the consultative meeting held on March 20, 2023, Herencia Sariaya, in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry through the Negosyo Center Sariaya and in collaboration with the Local Government of Sariaya, organized a seminar entitled “Adyong Kabuhayan: Optimizing Business Opportunities.”

During the event, Mr. Dale Carlo Rabina, BPLO staff, discussed the process and importance of obtaining a business permit. At the same time, Ms. Honey Lee Eclavea, TIDS, talked about the fundamentals of packaging and labeling. Mr. Edward Orge of SB Corporation discussed the loan program for access to finance. Ms. Nelia Oribe, OIC-MAO, identified solutions to address the shortages in raw materials that are crucial to their business operation and what assistance their office could provide, especially regarding agri-products.

Through the Adyong Kabuhayan program, local MSMEs in Sariaya will have access to vital information and resources to help them improve their business operations and expand their market reach. By addressing their concerns and providing training and workshops, the program aims to enhance the quality of its products, packaging, and marketing strategies. The participating MSMEs gained knowledge and tools from this open forum, which will equip them better to optimize their business opportunities and achieve their goals.
