There are on-going systems upgrade and maintenance activities as the Department transitions into the enhanced Business Name Registration System Next Gen (BNRS Next Gen) from its legacy system pursuant to Department Administrative Order (DAO) No. 18-07. As part of business continuity on BN Registration, you may proceed to the nearest DTI Office and submit your application form together with the requirements as prescribed in the DAO 18-07.

Application for RENEWAL of business names may be processed ONLINE. To avoid queues and for your convenience, BN applicants for renewal are advised to:

  1. Access the online portal --
  2. Follow the instructions on how to pay the registration fee thru GCash

Meanwhile, applications for NEW business names need to proceed to the nearest DTI Office or Negosyo Center and present/submit the following:

  1. One valid government-issued ID
  2. Completely filled-out application form
