|NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC|
Please be advised that DTI is temporarily suspending the public access to the online processing of Business Name Registration applications until further notice.
This is due to the on-going systems upgrade and maintenance activities as the Department transitions into the enhanced Business Name Registration System Next Gen (BNRS Next Gen) from its legacy system pursuant to Department Administrative Order (DAO) No. 18-07.
As part of business continuity on BN Registration, you may proceed to the nearest DTI Office and submit your application form together with the requirements as prescribed in the DAO 18-07.
Thank you for your usual support and understanding.
Registering a business name with DTI is the first step to becoming a sole proprietor as it gives you the sole right to use the business name.
