Under DTI Procedural Guidelines on Monitoring and Enforcement, goods or products that do not comply with trade regulations can be seized on the spot during monitoring activities.

Seizure will be conducted in the presence of a barangay official or any disinterested third party.

A detailed Incident Report and Inventory will be prepared, signed and shared with the establishment’s owner or representative.
