DTI suspends the sale, trade, and PS Licenses of all vape products under Executive Order No. 913

Formal charges have been filed against these vape brands for violating Section 4(d) of Republic Act No. 11900, or the Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act. Trading of these brands and their PS License (if issued) are effectively suspended pending resolution of the formal charges.
