NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC FOR COMMENTS
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Office for the Special Mandate on Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products, their Devices, and Novel Tobacco Products (OSMV) requests stakeholders and the public to provide their comments on the Draft Department Administrative Order (DAO) on PRESCRIBING GUIDELINES ON IDENTIFYING ILLEGAL FLAVOR DESCRIPTORS OF VAPORIZED NICOTINE AND NON-NICOTINE PRODUCTS.
The identification of prohibited flavor descriptors is important to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote responsible trade practices. The OSMV highly values stakeholder and public feedback to enhance the proposed guidelines.
