Inclusive Innovation Conference (IIC) 2019 Inclusive Innovation Conference (IIC) 2019 on 23 September 2019 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC). The theme for this year’s IIC is “Bridging the Digital Transformation Divide: Fostering Regional Inclusive Innovation Centers & Startup Ecosystems.” The IIC 2019 will bring together stakeholders from the public and private sectors, including key officials from national and local government agencies, industry stakeholders and business groups, and members of the academic and research community throughout the country.
