PAB ensures that all PAB-accreditation-related complaints and appeals are acted upon and resolved immediately. These are also all taken into consideration in continuously improving our system and the quality of our service.

For Complaints

Please write and address your complaint to PAB Director. You may refer to PAB/P09 Complaints for the details on writing a complaint.

For Appeals

Please write and address your appeals to the PAB Council Chair. Your appeals must include your organization, name, contact details and details of your appeals. You may refer to PAB/P10 Appeals for details on how to write an appeal.
