ISO 15189:2022 is the international standard that specifies requirements for quality and competence in medical laboratories. Through this webinar, PAB aims to achieve the following webinar objectives:

• Offer practical guidance on how to implement ISO 15189:2022 within the medical laboratory, including the necessary policies, procedures, and documentation;
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in the laboratory’s operations, with a focus on enhancing the quality of services provided to patients, and;
• Enable participants to navigate the process of compliance assessment and accreditation by DTI-PAB.
